We recommend a deep cleaning for a first appointment. The extra time lets us address areas that may have been missed during routine cleaning. Many customers then move to regular service.
Do I need to be home?+
No. You do not have to be home when the cleaner arrives or leaves. For a first appointment, an introduction can be helpful, but it is not required.
Are cleaners background checked?+
Yes. Cleaners undergo federal and statewide background checks and training before working with customers.
Will the same cleaner come each time?+
The same cleaner can be requested. If that cleaner is sick or unavailable, we will offer to reschedule or send a different professional.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are credited to your account for future use. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full and are nonrefundable.
What if I am not satisfied?+
Contact the office right away. Any return cleaning must be scheduled within two business days of the original appointment.
